Find the Concept That Suits You

Our years of experience have taught us that every farm transition is different. That is why we design our consulting and support services around your individual circumstances. Together, we explore the best possible future for your farm, considering your interests, talents, needs, and resources, and create a clear path to get there.

Despite the individuality of each transition, a structured process has emerged over the years and proven its value:

1

Initial Contact

We know that making initial contact is not always easy, for a variety of reasons. This makes us all the more grateful when you reach out to us through one of our communication channels (phone, email, Instagram, Facebook, and others). It is helpful if you can provide your contact details along with some initial information about yourself and your farm.

2

Phone Call

As part of the initial contact, we will get in touch with you by phone to get to know each other and to discuss the next steps in person. At this stage, it is important for us to gain a better understanding of the overall situation and to exchange any information that may be relevant for the process going forward.

As a rule, we will also arrange a date for an on-site visit to your farm at this point.

3

On-Site Visit

During a subsequent visit, we look forward to gaining a first-hand impression of the local conditions and available resources, while engaging in an open-ended conversation. In addition to exchanging a wide range of information (ideas, wishes, skills, finances, etc.), we also incorporate our experience and discuss the next steps. After our visit, we usually summarise the conversation, ideas, and insights so that we can establish a shared and consistent basis for further collaboration and understanding.

4

Concept Development

If all parties agree to continue the process together, we then work jointly to develop a vision of your future farm. This concept development is very individual, depends on numerous factors, and is shaped by open and trusting communication. As it concerns the future of your business, we work in close coordination and discuss, among other things, crop production, opportunities for further processing, as well as public outreach, care services, tourism, and much more. For us, it is essential that the final result is a concept for your farm that reflects your ideas, skills, and wishes, is feasible in practice, and can continue to exist sustainably and financially independently.

5

Start-up Support

Since starting a new future often involves changes, we support this transition in many different ways – financially through a monthly starting balance, with advice on financing, bookkeeping, agricultural cultivation, processing and sales topics, sponsorship models, product development, social media and website management, events, and much more.

Of course, we remain available to you even after your farm transition and are happy to answer various questions.
